WHERE WE SHIP

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. This can range from 2-3 business days.

The COST column refers to all orders that contain 2 sets or less. All bundle orders (3 or more sets) outside of US/CAN will incur an upcharge of $5.

 All pricing is in USD.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges. To be eligible for returns, please see below criteria:

  • Returns must be sent back in their original condition with no missing product (i.e., nails, file, cuticle pusher, glue). Any chips, scratches, or distortion of the original product will void any returns.
  • If the product received was damaged, please provide a photo of the product and email it us at: hello@bloomiebeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation (we will refer to the delivery timestamp on your tracking order)
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.

    All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases of 20% or more are FINAL SALE

    CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

    At Bloomie Beauty, we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed an order, we are unable to guarantee order changes given our short processing window. However, please reach out to us hello@bloomiebeauty.com and we will make order adjustments if we have not shipped it out yet.

    For orders with incorrect address information, we will charge you the difference for shipping costs over $5 than the original.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

    Bloomie Beauty is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.

    We will look at claims on a case-by-base basis. All claims must be submitted to hello@bloomiebeauty.com

    CUSTOMS & DUTIES

    US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties. 

    Bloomie Beauty is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note EU countries as of July 1st, 2021, will now be charged a VAT due to new regulations. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

    As these fees are not computed nor applied by Bloomie Beauty. If you are unsure about the charges, please contact your local customs office for further information.

    WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

    Currently, we ship globally with no restricted countries. Please keep in mind, some countries may vastly differ in terms of estimated shipping times. We will reach out if the estimated shipping times exceed the ranges presented at checkout.

    We reserve the right to restrict shipping to any country in the future without notice.
